Another beautiful photo inspiration for the AEI♥U Challenge. I love the pink/orange combination.... so spring-y (which has me longing to be far, far away from the chill and dreariness of upstate NY in February)! Here's
to brighter, sunnier days!

While waiting ever so patiently for Papetrtrey Ink's newest releases, I was compelled to recreate Ashley's beautiful card!
SO excited to see Maille and Dawn's latest designs - I'll soon be in floral heaven!

Papertrey Ink's Anniversary celebration continues! The challenge of the day was to incorporate a watercolor technique in a project.
Ahhh... so much easier said than done.
I love the watercolor dots on this card, which was my jumping off point. In addition, Nichole designed 5 sketches for the PTI Anniversary Celebration/February release (yup... missed that challenge!), and a good layout usually helps me in creating. I used sketch #1 for my inspiration!

Yay.... so glad to be contributing to the Cloud9 Blog Hop!
I love Wplus9 Designs (and need a few more lacy and flower-y sets, and perhaps some of their loverly white pigment ink too!) and used my Folk Florals and Fresh Picked stamps to create this card. Please join in the fun and take a gander at some of the February Blog Hop loveliness!

Lots more freebie love from Papertrey Ink's Day 2 celebration! This graphic is from Melissa Bickford..... and seeing this little teacup makes me wonder what wonderful $5 mini sets/series she has in store for 2013!
It is the Day 2 Anniversary celebration over at PTI! I chose the graphic from Heather Nichols and created a birthday card heavily inspired by Ashley Cannon Newell. I am hoping to have time to create a few more projects with some of the fabulous freebies!

|Donna Mikasa's card|
I SO wish that I had signed up for the Clean and Simple Card Making 2 online class..... Am I too late or can I just live vicariously through the many talented participants (like Donna Mikasa at theThree Umbrellas blog)?? I loved her card so much that this is almost a complete and total CASE. Love that I can use some of that lovely washi tape that I've been hoarding and love the look of the die cut letters when the front panel is raised with dimensional tape.

The MUSE Challenge Blog is new to me, AND as good as it gets....... a super-talented DT and beautiful inspiration pieces! You are encouraged to use what you have (no need to buy more stuff..... darn), offer words of praise to the other contributors, and vote for your three favorite submissions. Oh, and there are some really fab-u-lous interpretations!
I love all of the bright colors (right up my alley!) and one can never go wrong with Spring-y flowers and vibrant patterns! And, oh how I love that rounded top. Hope that I can find my oval dies and try this asap!
